What  Volunteers  Do
Being a volunteer has really given me marketable skills, I can see in front of me the impact that my action has and it’s inspired me to do more.
- Theo, Volunteer since 2016
We need people like you!
If you would like to volunteer with us, fill out the form below and we will get back to you within 2 days guaranteed.

Vounteer Form
Once you apply you will have a first chat with one volunteer coordinator. This is useful for you to tell us what are your interests and how you could work with our group.

After that you will be assigned some actions to do. These actions are normally something simple like looking for some organisations that work in a country or writing an article.
Stage 2 :  Induction
Stage 3 :  weekly volunteering
Once you have completed your actions, you will be asked to sign a confidentiality agreement and you will start your training in answering to our clients messages.

You will receive some training in all aspect of running a small organisation, e.g. casework, campaigning, advocacy recruitment, volunteer management and fundraising, and, if you want, you can still seek some training elsewhere and we’ll cover the expenses for it.

You can choose what you would prefer to do, together with the rest of the group, and how much time you can donate working with us.

If you have the time to coordinate with us, at least 8 hours per week in average, we will ask you to spend at least 2 hours per week, monitoring the communications that our clients have with us (via fb, emails or else)
Stage 4:  Later  on
We follow a action based system where every week, depending on how much time you have you can do an action of 2 or 4 or 8 hours on your own or together with other volunteers in Campaigning, Advocacy, Fundraising or else.

When you do casework we advice not to take more than two clients at the time and some clients will have more complex situations so more than one volunteer will be needed. If you can coordinate you will also draw our strategy together with other volunteers and you will design the actions other volunteers can engage with.
